Assembly Strategy
These instructions are intended for a complete Premium Plug & Fly simulator with a closed shell. Please use the document in the same way for other configurations.
Recommendation
Please check the whole delivery for any damages and contact us directly. When you receive a simulator delivery from us you might be a bit overwhelmed by all the parts you find in front of you. Use this document for a structured approach to assembly.
Preparation
Please organise all components so that you know where the parts are.
Don’t dispose the packaging material as you may have overseen some parts while unpacking.
Assembly
Below you will find the recommended steps that you should follow when installing the simulator at your location.
- Projection area
You will need more than one person to mount the projection area. And you will need enough space. Follow instruction manual from Gerriets. - Cockpit Floor Assembly

Remember to mount projectors to the ceiling and not to the simulator to avoid vibrations on the screen when moving inside the cockpit. Install the projectors according to the warping instructions and make sure that you can switch them on/off with a remote control. - Warping

Positioning and connection with power-supply behind the MIP - Wire computers and simulator
Place computers and connect power supplies, USB and displays cables. Install internal network and make sure that your router has internet connection. In general, you should place your computers in a way that you can watch the cockpit instruments the same time you work on the keyboard. - Shell Hood
Cover the simulator with the hood. - Start your Simulator
Now as all main components are at the right position you can start.
Label connections! In case you need to unplug cables, you need to ensure that USB and display cables will be plugged to the same port as before.
