Why is support important to us?
Our customers spend a lot of money on our products. Furthermore they live in different parts of the world, partly thousands of miles away.
We feel responsibility. Therefore we try our best to be available in case you need us. No matter if an issue is related to delivery, assembly or software.
How is support handled?
We have had good experiences with WhatsApp. Communication is quick, easy and supports all type of media like pictures, email and video conferencing. By this our customers are directly connected to our team.
For software support we will use TeamViewer or AnyDesk to work directly on your computer - with your permission.
When will you need most support?
Good news is that our products are very stable and we had only few cases of any damaged product in the last years.
Most of the questions we receive are related to assembly. Meanwhile we have built up a detailed documentation, but in any case we are available.
What is our business model?
Unlike other companies, it is not our goal to make money with support. We are ready to share our knowledge so that you can carry out the maintenance of your flight simulator yourself.
For extended support efforts we charge based on an hourly rate.
Do you need extended business continuity services?
As commercial customer you may need to minimize the risk of a business interuption. You can sign a support contract that ensures always fast lane support and very quick parts exchange.
