# Flight simulator production - with heart and technology

When we think of series production, images of endless conveyor belts, flashing robots and monotonous work processes often spring to mind. But for us, series production means something different: technology-supported manual labour and a deep understanding of each individual component.
Each product is manufactured according to detailed instructions to ensure consistently high quality.
A particular highlight in our production is a machine that not only cuts metal parts with a laser, but also drills holes and cuts threads at the same time. This combination is crucial to ensure that every part fits exactly and no reworking is required.
In the past, we mainly produced to order. Today, we prefabricate many of our products for stock. This means shorter delivery times for our customers and more efficient production planning for us.
Our simulators are not an anonymous mass product, but the result of sophisticated processes, modern technology and genuine craftsmanship. And it is precisely this way of working that we particularly enjoy!
